Cable Prep - Cable Prep CT10

The Cable Prep CTl0 is a bench mounted sensor operated Cable Insulation Stripping Machine specifically designed to process a wide range of Cable sizes. With the advantage of short cable entry, minimal lengths of Cable from their outer jacket can be individually processed. Most Cables can be processed using the Standard 'V' Blades supplied however for harder insulations and larger Cable Sizes Form Blades or Die Blades can be readily fitted to ensure high quality stripping.

The CTl0 is user friendly with a quick opening interlocked guard to access the simple and quick adjustments to change the settings for the processing of different Cable Sizes. The CTl0 is initiated from the insertion of the Cable end to the highly sensitive sensor resulting in efficient full or partial stripping as required.

For speed and reliability the CT10 is fully pneumatic in operation and is supplied complete with air service unit, interlocked safety guarding, set of Standard 'V' Stripping Blades, adjusting tools and operators manual.
