GAMMA Model T-20

Utilising an over size RA 50 gearbox coupled to a synchronous 1 HP electric motor, the T 20 produces 2 tonnes of power which is suitable for crimping sizes of up to 6sq mm. The press is suitable for crimping most types of terminals and will accept all standard 40mm stroke mini applicators, (other strokes on request), and can be supplied for either manual operation initiated by operator foot pedal or fully automatic operation on lead making machines.

Electrical controls including the 24v DC stabilised supply are on a PCB mounted in a steel box on top of the machine, and incorporate all control switches including an emergency stop button, resettable piece counter and LED indicators to show press conditions. For safety the fully removable guard is interlocked and isolates the electrical controls from the motor, manual cycle is possible through the gearbox shaft.
