GAMMA Model T-25

Utilising an over size RA 70 gearbox coupled to a self braking 1 HP electric motor, the T 25 produces 2.5 tonnes of power which is suitable for crimping cable sizes up to 10 sq mm. The press is suitable for crimping most types of terminals and will accept all standard 40mm stroke mini applicators (other strokes on request), and can be supplied for either manual operation initiated by the operator foot pedal or fully automatic operation on lead making machines.

Electrical controls including the solid state 12/24v DC Stabilised supply are mounted on a PCB housed in a steel box mounted to the top of the machine and incorporate including emergency stop button resettable piece counter and LED alarms indicating press conditions. For safety the fully removable guard is interlocked and isolates the electrical controls from the motor, manual cycle is possible through the gearbox shaft.

The applicator base plate is of the quick release type and the machine is supplied with fully adjustable cable reel support for both rear and side terminal feed.
