Molex, Souriau etc.

centering of the wire above the crimp anvil; also suitable for 'double wire' type crimps.

minutes without removing the stripping unit
- Easy conversion of K1000 C to strip and crimp in the field
K1000 Applicators
- There are three basic types of KIRSTEN crimping applicators according to the kinds of
band feed: transversal from the left, transversal from the right, and longitudinal from
the rear. They offer convincing advantages:
- Continuous adjustment of crimp-height for both insulation and conductor
- Highly polished hard-chrome plated crimp-dies.
- Designed according to manufacturers' terminal specifications or KIRSTEN standard. This
guarantees gas-tight connections.
- Minimal machine down time for tooling changes (1-2 minutes)
- Wearable parts are easily replaced
