The K700 ASC stripper/crimper is designed for all UNI-C tools similar to AMP quick change
over tools (mini-applicators). With an adapter plate, PP3 tools with left transversal or
longitudinal (rear) feed can also be used.The use of other tools is subject to
preliminary clarifications. This is the basis for a production system with maximum
flexibility and minimum change over times.
Terminals can be transversal (left-hand feed) or longitudal
(rear) feed. Change-over of reels and tools are done rapidly with only a few
manipulations. |
The eccentric press is equipped with a frequency inverter and
is process controlled.
With the development of the counter moving press (crimp die and anvil are both in
motion), a step to much simpler handling has been made. The conductor does not change its
position during the entire process of stripping and crimping.

- With this machine, all banded open terminals with cross sections from 0.05-4.0 mm2
(AWG 30-11) can be processed.
- Sensor operated for faultless handling and extremely high operating comfort.
- Precise stripping and gas-tight crimp (certified with micro-section and test records).
- Easy and fast tool change-over by means of a clamping wedge. Short change-over times
ensure economic output even for small and medium production.
The K700 ASC can, in addition to the production mode, be operated in 4 different test
functions, which are shown in the machine display.
