AUTOMATIC WIRE TWISTING UNIT
Latest wire twisting technology has been built into a compact body suitable for use with C350. Adjustment of the twisting force, switching of normal (Z twisting) and reverse (S twisting) and adjustment of twisting start position can be made by one-touch command operation. Further- more it can smoothly catch up with changes of wire thickness and/or feeding speed by the computer control system. It is a truly speedy, quiet and precise twisting unit.

SPEEDY, NEAT AND PRECISE PROCESSING RESULTS

The primary advantages of C350 are its exceptionally high speed, about two times higher speed than our previous model and adaptability to a wide range of wire sizes which cover AWG #12 up to AWG #32. In addition newly designed blade blocks which activate the top and bottom blades made of ultra fine-grain alloy simultaneously, is employed to insure the quality and neat finish.

THE COMPACT BODY PACKED WITH FUNCTIONS AND SAFETY

The control panel slanted toward an operator has switches grouped in colours by function and an LCD display will eliminate chances of mis-operation. Furthermore, it is filled with many other functions and features such as stripping up to 3Omm in the normal mode, variety of processing functions for cutting, stripping, semi-stripping, core removing and memory function to save setting data for processing up to 2OOdifferent types of patterns. Worn blades can be replaced by a one-touch operation and maximum safety has been secured by an automatic stop function when wire has run out.
