Latest wire winding technique is concentrated on a compact body that is adapted to C351.
With one touch control, such commands as the intensity of winding, selection of normal (Z

are operable. Furthermore, it complies smoothly with changes of wire thickness or feed

ROTARY CUTTER FOR SHIELD WIRES AND

By using with Model C351, automation of triple step processing-length measurement, cutting
and stripping of shield or coaxial cables, which used to be possible only by a
semi-automatic or manual operation, has now been materialised. The computer control
enables the rotary cutter to adjust itself up to a cable with maximum outside diameter of
8mm. Thanks to the dramatic improvement of operating efficiency, even one operator will be
able to control four to five machines at a time. The CR-701 is entirely new product that
materialised as a combination of quality finishing and saving of manpower at the same
time.

This is a real high speed machine capable of processing an ultra wide range of wires from
AWG 28 up to 8 and even coaxial cable as well as flat cables.Stable
Feeding With Wide Rollers
Wider rollers have been used to secure further stability of wire feedng. The right
rollers are provided with a roller gap adjuster (max gap 11mm). They will be able to
ensure stable feeding of wires even with soft insulation material.

You can adapt the machine settings by a touch of a button to adjust for changes of wire

CMS-801
MID STRIPPING UNIT
