Roller In Accordance With Your Requirements Thick wires require a stronger grip while thin wires require gentler one. Four types of rollers are available, from coarse knurled for strong grip, through fine knurled, sand-blasted to polyurethane for a weaker grip. Choose a pair of proper rollers according to your needs.		Mechanical Design Assures Stable Performance A swivel turntable, with little inertia, transports the wires from the cutting and stripping position to the crimping position. The newly developed 45-swivel drum is very logical, efficient and fast in transporting wires, thus ensuring maximum stability in the quality of processed wires.
Newly Employed Gripper For Rear End Stripping In order to improve further the rear end finish of short wires, the gripper mechanism has been recently employed. A quick response stepping motor can be easily adjusted to gently but firmly grasp the wire. Guide Pipes for Accurate Crimping Using the correct guide pipe means you can get the tip of the wire very close to the crimping terminal resulting in much more precise crimping. You can choose from 9 different sizes of guide pipes to match the thickness of your wire.		Defect Free The main theme of KODERA, 'Zero Defects", is aimed towards customer satisfaction. For Easy Disposal of Stripped Slugs Stripped insulation slugs and terminal carrier waste are automatically separated and dropped into separate disposal containers. This eliminates the trouble of separating and disposing of the slugs later.

TF-01 Terminal Feeder for End Feed (Slack Unit) TF-O1 feeds the terminal without back tension by creating slack during feeding. The lift-up of terminal end is prevented, which is associated with end terminal.		PT-01 Paper Roller Unit PT-O1 automatically rolls up the paper from the terminal reel. You can remove the rolled-up paper easily only by opening the lever.
KA-01 K Blade Air KA-0l blows off the cover waste remained on the K blade by air.		GT-01 GT-O1 Terminal End Guide GT-O1 is a guide plate to support the terminals, when the supply of terminal comes to the end and hangs from the reel. Thus, you can use terminals completely to the end of the reel.
TES-01 Terminal End Sensor This sensor detects the end of terminals and stops the main machine, It can be used with either the side-feed or end-feed type terminals.		SSP-01 Solder Support This unit supports wire from below helps position the terminal. This is helpful when delivery to the eject chuck is difficult during soldering of the end terminal, because of a big terminal, etc.
CN-4501 Straightener with wire run-out Sensor (For Thick wire) CN-4501 straightens the wire and detects the existence of the wire. When there is no wire, it stops the machine automatically.		CN-4503 Straightener with Wire run-out sensor (For Thin Wire) CN-4503 straightens thin wire. You can maintain the same processing condition with the dial setting. The sensor is integrated to detect the wire and will stop the machine when there is no wire.
CN-4505 Straightener with Wire run-out and Connection Sensor CN-4505 straightens the wire and maintains the processing condition with the dial setting The same sensor as the strip sensor is used to detect the connection and existence of wire. Since it is a non-contact sensor, it provides better reliability and durability.		Each collector is provided with a wrench stand and guide pipe stand. The operator keeps the tools an organised manner at all times.
CB-21 Process Batcher This unit sorts the processed wires into 21 trays in a batch of fixed number. Length of tray: 35cm Number of trays: 21 pcs.		CX345 Automatic Wire Ejecting Unit This unit can bundle wires for the C450 and C450T In case of processing long wires, use it conjunction with the CC 120 or CC 45(Conveyer for Long Wires).
CX400 Wire Tray This is for long wires when there is not enough space for a conveyer. When the short wire tray is attached, it can be used to catch short wire tray. (C451A, C455)		CPF-05 Pre-feeder with Self Teach Mode With the help of double sensor and computer self teach function, this pre-feeder feeds the wire fast and efficiently according to the processing speed. The maximum rate is 3.3 m/sec. The horizontal stay saves space. The operator can monitor all operations including bunching of wire, CASTUGNON unit, and processed wire from one position.
CASOP-3 Automatic Wire Feeding Unit The automatic wire feeding unit rewinds the loose, excess wire de-reeled from itself using a rotary sensor. The response along with the speed of rotation and the number of turns is determined automatically by a microprocessor in accordance with the feeding speed of the wire. The operation of the unit needs no attention or adjustment by the operator.		CPD-03 Automatic Wire Supply Unit The unit supplies the wire while straightening the wire from the bobbin. The speed is controlled automatically, so that smooth supply is ensured.
CC-250 Processed Wire Conveyer This is a conveyor to deposit the processed wire in the optimal condition.  Lengths are available in 250 cm, and 45 cm can be extended according to the need.  CC-250 has a maximum speed oof 4.5 m/sec.		CC-120
CC-45		CSF Safety Cover When installed, the unit does not start operation if the covers are not closed.
CUT-01 Carrier Cutter The Carrier Cutter Cut-01, located above the carrier waste box, cuts the carrier at a specified length, when the applicator is not used to cut the carrier off the terminal.		HM-01 Hour Meter Hour Meter HM-01 indicates the total time.
