New Line-Up Water Proof Seal Crimping Units

		A new model from the popular CASTUGNON series. a waterproof inserting unit is added to these models. Utilising KODERA's unique technology, these new models uses an easy and quick insertion of a waterproof seal, an indispensable part in the automobile harness assembly. When a waterproof seal is not required, the function can be turned off from the operation panel.

		Waterproof Unit Feeder Controller By adjusting the oscillation frequency/speed volume, waterproof seal are advanced smoothly. Even when the seal stops in the middle, it will start to advance again. (Patent pending)

		The carry pin is used to pick up the waterproof seal. In case the carry pin does not pick up the water seal, for example, if the advancement of waterproof seals are too slow, the pin tries to pick up the seal two more times. Since the unit does not stop, but tries to pick up the seal again, the waste of the wire is reduced and continuous processing can be ensured. You can easily exchange the waterproof chuck using a single lever. You can easily exchange the carry pin with one screw.
