Exclusively Designed Extra Compact Fountain Style Soldering Bath
The solder bath has been specially designed to withstand temperatures of 400 degrees centigrade and above, while the outer surface has been heat insulated for safe operation of the unit.  The steady flow of molten solder is unaffected by the level of solder in the bath.  The newly designed fountain pump provides a quiet ripple free surface in the bath, resulting in consistent soldering performance at all times.

Splash Free Flux Mechanism (CS-045)
There are two rollers (upper and lower) which rotate in sync with a wire when it passes between them.  This reduces the splashing of flux.  You can adjust the amount of flux to meet your requirements.

The C450TS can process 4,200 (max) wires an hour.  Twisting and soldering can be freely adjusted.

Because the solder temperature is digitally entered, it can be accurately maintained.   The ideal volume and flow of solder can be controlled by the speed dial.

The same twisting mechanism (CASY-645) employed with the highly acclaimed C350 has been introduced to the C450TS.  The strength and amount of twisting can both be easily adjusted and set with the touch of a button.

Expert Technique At Your Fingertips
The dipping speed, depth of soldering, submersion time and removal time can all be individually adjusted depending on the size of the wire and the amount of soldering required. Entire of partial soldering can also be adjusted.
