Quick Change-Over Tooling

• Two types of tooling depending on type of handing: transversal or longitudinal.
• Quick change-over of tooling by only removing two screws in 3-4 minutes.
• Precise, continuous adjustment of crimp height within a few seconds.
• Insulation crimp can be adjusted separately within the tool.
• The stripping unit is part of the machine and need not be removed for change of tooling.
• Wearable parts made of fully hardened tool-steel, crimp-die additionally hard-chrome plated.
• Dove-tail fittings allow easy and quick changing of the wearable parts.
• Tools are manufactured according terminal suppliers' specifications for each type of terminal individually: No limitation of the client in his choice of terminal.

For wire gauges from 0.012-1.5 mm² (36-16 AWG)

• You can process all suitable banded terminals with conductor gauges from 0.05 to 1.5 mm sq (30-16 AWG).
• Machine cycle initiated by sensor for faultless operation and high productivity.
• For the processing of smaller wire gauges 0.012-0.040 mm sq (36-31 AWG) and for thin or very tough insulation materials we can supply for med stripping blades on request. Cycle start by pedal switch.
• More than 15 years' experience in the construction of crimping applicators.
• Precise stripping and gastight connection (proved by photomicrographs).
• Easy and quick change of tooling by only removing two screws. Short change-over time allows economical use of the machine even for the processing of series of smaller numbers.
• Low weight and small dimensions allow the flexible use of the machine in different work-places. e.g. switch cabinet, building site etc.
