A controlled centering device ensures that all strands are properly inserted in the terminal and crimped.

Extended Possibilities

  • Transfer unit pushes closed terminal onto wire.
  • The handed terminal is guided from the reel through a special feeding system into the crimp tool.
  • The sensor is initiated with the wire machine cycle stand, wire is stripped
  • A centering device ensures that all strands will be inserted into closed terminal.
  • The terminal is pushed over the stripped wire and crimped
  • With only a few handling changes machine can be operated as standard PP3.

Safety regulations according to DIN 31001.
The PP3 is built as a toggle press. Top and bottom part of the tool (applicator) move towards the conductor in an opposite mode. Machine cycle (stroke) is initiated by sensor or foot pdeal in special cases.
