Micrographic Lab SQS02

The SQS 02 Micrographic Lab forms part of Schafer's quality assurance system. Thanks to its compact design and simple operation it can be used both in the production department for testing random samples and in the quality assurance department for documentation

The entire testing procedure takes only a few minutes (approx. 3 - 5 mm).

The SQS 02 takes up only about 1.5 x 1.5 M,

Apart from electricity (230 V) and compressed air (6 bar) it requires no additional installations.

Advantages

No need to pour crimp into resin or similar material

Can be used for almost any kind of stripped core end

Simple preparation of crimps using integrated cut-off and sectioning module

Grinding and polishing in one single clamping

Microscope with test-piece holder for visual examination

Optional microscope with imagery equipment and printer available on request
