Crimp Cut Module

The Crimp Cut Module SQS 06 is a component of the Schafer quality assurance system. It is directly connected with the Crimp Monitor BBO7 by means of an interface, and is designed for the cutting off of incorrectly crimped contacts.

Used in combination with a stripper and quick-change tools, it makes it possible to process single conductors which are not insulated. The evaluation of the crimped connection takes place directly after the crimping operation. The Crimp Cut module ensures exact sorting of the evaluated crimpings during the ongoing manufacturing process.
