Adjustable revolver-head with eight different bushes for centralised positioning of wires and cables with section from 0.03-6.0 mm sq (32-10 AWG). The strip-depth setting will remain constant even when changing the position of the revolver-head. Especially ground cutting-blades for cutting insulations as:
The double-sided ground cutting blades can be used on both sides. The AVG 0160 features adjustable centering guides with metric fine-thread and special cone to set the required depth of cut. Switch LEFT/RIGHT - the unique rotating stripping system provides perfect twisted wires. An additional set of twisting-springs supports a firmer twisting of the inner conductors. The AVG 0160 is switched on by an illuminated ON/OFF switch. The high speed start and stop action permits a high rate of output. The compact rotating stripping-head, with two cutting-blades and pass-through cable-stop to prepare wires and cables up to 6.0 mm sq (10 AWG) and up to a stripping length of 29.0 mm. The waste falls automatically into a container. When the waste container is removed the rotation of the stripping-head will be stopped automatically by the inbuilt security switch.
