Hand operated, strong and secure machine, wholly manufactured of steel suitable to close packings by twisted lace easily, to be opened and then to be closed again after having used the desired goods.

The lace is made of plastic with a metal inner core and it is supplied automatically by a reel, allowing a great working range.
